FOOD PLAN

HI!  My name is Angie. I am a sugar addict!

This is a VERY BASIC one week food plan.  This follows the plan that I followed to lose (as of today) about 70 pounds.  I am NOT a doctor, I do not have medical training.  My doctor approved this plan for me, it may work for others. My brother called is "Keto on Roids" because it not only follows very low carb (keto) but it pumps it up by being sugar free.
