Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup warm water
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
Soak chia seeds in water. Let stand AT LEAST an hour. They should gel up pretty good. Add other ingredients, shake or blend them together and refrigerate at least an hour. Shake again. 215 calories, 11 carbs, 3 fiber and 0 sugar.
