Blueberry Muffins

Y'all, these are AMAZING!!!  Not to mention, SUPER SIMPLE!!!  Seriously THREE ingredients and water!!!  Can you tell I am beyond excited about these Blueberry Muffins?!?  What if I tell you they are ONLY 3 blue weight watcher points?? No lies!!


So, not going to talk much about them because they are just that easy and delicious!  Try them and they can speak for themselves!


Ingredients

1 box mix of Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix -- just the mix, don't follow their directions
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup water
1-2 cups frozen blueberries (I used probably a cup and a half, but you can load them up!)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Combine the mix, yogurt and water until smooth.  Add in frozen berries, don't stir to long or they will thaw and leave lots of color marks.  Put into greased muffin pan.  Bake about 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean and they just start to brown on top.  Makes 12 muffins.
Leftovers can be frozen... if there are any!!  My kids gobbled them up!  Enjoy
